The Property Management Division looks after the overall management of SIIT properties, i.e. business dealings and related issues. The scope of the properties includes (1) SIIT International Residence, (2) SIIT Badminton Arena and other sport facilities, (3) Administration and Training Building, (4) Canteens and food services, (5) Contracted service areas, (6) Other properties in the future. The division aims to provide reasonable prices and the best quality of service to SIIT students, to fairly allocate the benefits between SIIT and external service providers.
