 one photocopy of house registration (for Thai student)

two photocopies of passport (for International Student)
|

three photocopies of high school diploma or academic transcript
|
| |
three photocopies of high education equivalent letter from the Ministry of Education (if needed)
|
| |
one 2” color photograph*
|
| |
two 1” color photographs*
|
| |
A medical check up report from a hospital (with lung x-ray result)

| |
|
Remark : *The student must take the photographs in TU student uniform (no eyeglasses, male student must wear a necktie)

1. Cashier’s cheque or personal cheque, made payable to "Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology”
2. Transfer fund to one of the following SIIT accounts:
