| Transfer |
- Three of 1” recent photographs (in student uniform)
- A copy of house registration (Thai Nationality only)
- An official transcript and course description
- Letter from the university to certify those transferred courses have been taught in English
- A copy of TOEFL or IELTS (if available)

The application fee is 400 Baht (or US$ 15).

In case of transfer money, please bring pay-in slip or fax with applicant‘s name
to Admissions Division Fax: 02 986 9106. The application will be processed upon receipt of the required documents and fee payment.
